Science ECT Opportunity at a Thriving School in Bristol
An ambitious and high-achieving 11–18 secondary school in Bristol is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Science ECT to join their well-established Science Department from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent role, offering a supportive environment for an early career teacher to develop and flourish.
About the Role
The successful ECT will teach General Science across KS3–KS4, with the opportunity to specialise in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics at KS5. They will be mentored by an experienced subject lead and benefit from a structured induction programme designed to build confidence, classroom expertise, and subject mastery.
Lessons are delivered in fully equipped laboratories, allowing for a balance between theory and practical investigation. The department encourages collaborative planning, innovative teaching methods, and the integration of digital resources to promote curiosity and engagement.

Experience and Qualifications
