An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maths ECT to join a high-achieving and inclusive 11–18 mixed secondary school in Birmingham. This is a full-time position starting January 2026, offering excellent mentoring, structured training, and professional development to help you establish a successful teaching career.

This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic new teacher to begin their career in a school renowned for its academic standards, strong pastoral care, and commitment to student wellbeing. The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging, well-sequenced lessons that build fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving—while fostering resilience and a love of Maths.

Experience and Qualifications

Maths ECT (PGCE or equivalent completed)

Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching Mathematics

Commitment to reflective practice, professional development, and inspiring students

Legal right to work in the UK
