About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join the school on a full-time, fixed-term basis from January 2026.

This role is an exciting opportunity for teachers who are passionate about engaging Upper Key Stage 2 pupils and who wish to contribute to a high-performing and collaborative team.

You will:

• Deliver creative, challenging, and engaging lessons for Year 5 pupils
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
• Contribute to whole-school initiatives and enrichment activities
• Opportunity for a TLR for candidates demonstrating leadership experience and impact

Experience and Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Year 5 or Upper Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom management, differentiation, and assessment skills
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Experience in a primary school setting is desirable
• Leadership experience is advantageous for TLR consideration
