What the Year 4 Teacher will deliver: the Year 4 Teacher will plan well-sequenced lessons that build mathematical fluency, comprehension and confident writing, lead enrichment and trips, and run interventions where required. The Year 4 Teacher will work closely with subject leads and benefit from mentor support starting January 2026. This Full-Time Year 4 Teacher position includes access to targeted CPD and collaborative planning time.

Candidate requirements — Year 4 Teacher: QTS, solid KS2 experience, strong classroom management, and a creative approach to curriculum. The Year 4 Teacher should be prepared to start pre-term planning and handover before January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and teach from January 2026 as a Full-Time Year 4 Teacher.
