The Year 4 Teacher will take responsibility for a lively Year 4 class, beginning pre-term planning and induction in the weeks before January 2026, and stepping into the classroom fully prepared from January 2026.
The successful Year 4 Teacher will design carefully sequenced lessons that develop mathematical reasoning, reading stamina and confident writing. As Year 4 Teacher, you’ll be encouraged to develop cross-curricular projects, lead enrichment activities and shape the pupils’ learning journeys across the spring term that begins January 2026. The Year 4 Teacher will be supported by experienced teaching assistants and a leadership team committed to professional growth — the Full-Time Year 4 Teacher will receive coaching, tailored CPD and planning time from January 2026.
