About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organised Senior Administrator to play a key role in the smooth running of the school’s administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, collaborative, and supportive team.

The successful candidate will:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions across the school
• Support senior leaders with scheduling, correspondence, and reports
• Manage data, records, and communications efficiently and confidentially
• Liaise with staff, parents, and external partners professionally
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a school administration or office management role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• High level of IT literacy (Microsoft Office, MIS systems desirable)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy environment
• A proactive, professional, and flexible approach to work
