Job Description:
Are you a creative Drama Teacher with a passion for storytelling and performance?
A vibrant secondary school in Newcastle is looking for a full-time Drama Teacher to join the department from January 2026.
Location: Newcastle
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: Paid on the MPS or UPS scale, dependent on experience

About the School:
The school encourages artistic expression and has excellent drama facilities including a theatre and rehearsal spaces.

Your Role:
• Deliver inspiring and interactive Drama lessons
• Organise school performances and events
• Support students in developing confidence and creativity
• Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular projects

The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Hold QTS with a Drama or Performing Arts specialism
• Have experience teaching secondary Drama
• Be passionate about student development and the arts
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
