A high-performing Outstanding primary in Kingston is recruiting a passionate Year 5 Teacher on a Full-Time basis. The Year 5 Teacher will begin induction in the lead up to January 2026, and will be in class from January 2026 teaching an engaged, curious Year 5 cohort. Year 5 Teacher Responsibilities
• As Year 5 Teacher, plan and deliver ambitious sequences in maths, English and foundation subjects.
• As Year 5 Teacher, use assessment and data to personalise learning and close gaps.
• As Year 5 Teacher, lead enrichment, support transition to Year 6 and communicate with families.
• As Year 5 Teacher, contribute to whole-school development and moderate standards across the phase.
Year 5 Teacher Requirements
• QTS and strong KS2 experience as a Year 5 Teacher.
• Clear behaviour strategies and the ability to inspire as a Year 5 Teacher.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to engage in CPD as a Year 5 Teacher.
Contract & start
