What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that bring the past to life — helping students understand change, continuity, and perspective while developing key analytical and evaluative skills.

In addition, you’ll:

• Contribute to ongoing curriculum and resource development
• Support GCSE and A-Level students in achieving excellent outcomes
• Encourage debate, reflection and independent research
• Participate in enrichment and trust-wide projects that extend learning beyond the classroom

About You
You’ll bring:

• QTS, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• A strong subject knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for History
• The ability to plan lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking
• A collaborative approach and commitment to high expectations for all learners
• Willingness to contribute to the wider school and community life
