A friendly and ambitious primary school in Gravesend is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis (3 days per week) starting January 2026. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 5 pupils
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and well-being
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to inform next steps
- Collaborate with colleagues across Key Stage 2 to share best practice and support pupil outcomes
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support home learning
- Contribute to wider school life, including events, assemblies, and enrichment activities

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5

- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to the school community
