Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports all pupils
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data to inform planning and interventions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency, share best practice, and contribute to school improvement
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including assemblies, events, and enrichment activities

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1 or Year 2

- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for teaching, creativity, and commitment to inclusion
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to the school community
