The Role
Position: Year 3 Teacher

As our Year 3 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver inspiring lessons that support the transition from KS1 to KS2.
• Build children’s confidence and love for learning across subjects.
• Use formative and summative assessment to track progress.
• Create a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• (If applicable) Take on subject or phase leadership responsibilities.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in Lower Key Stage 2.
• Passion for inspiring independent and curious learners.
• Organised, creative, and reflective teaching style.
