We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Lincolnshire from January 2026. This is a permanent position, open to full-time and part-time applicants, with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate.

The Role
Position: KS2 Teacher
Location: Lincolnshire
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)
As our KS2 Teacher, you will:
- Lead a Key Stage 2 class, delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum.
- Prepare pupils for end-of-key-stage assessments and transition to secondary school.
- Use assessment to plan challenge and support.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
- (If applicable) Take on subject or phase leadership responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have KS2 teaching experience.
- Are confident in curriculum delivery, assessment, and behaviour management.
- Are organised, reflective, and excellent communicators.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to inclusion.
- Are open to leadership responsibilities if seeking a TLR.
