The Role
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils of all abilities.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
- Use assessment data to inform teaching and ensure all pupils make good progress.
- Work closely with colleagues to share ideas and develop best practices across Key Stage 2.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers to enhance pupils’ learning experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 3.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective classroom strategies.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
- A reflective and passionate teacher committed to continual improvement.
