French Teacher - Well-Established School in York

A well-established secondary school in York is seeking a French Teacher to join their MFL department from January 2026 on a part-time basis.

  • Part-time French Teacher role (0.6 FTE, flexible days)
  • Teaching French at KS3 and KS4(possibility of A-Level for suitable candidates)
  • Well-resourced school with strong focus on language and culture

This is a fantastic opportunity for a language specialist to inspire pupils with engaging lessons and cultural understanding.

Experience and Qualifications

  • QTS with MFL specialism
  • Fluency in French (Spanish/German is a bonus)
  • Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 French
  • Legal right to work in the UK
