Drama Teacher (ECTs Welcome) – Secondary School and Sixth Form in Warwickshire
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Drama Teacher to join a thriving secondary school and sixth form in Warwickshire. This is a full-time position beginning in January, open to Early Career Teachers who are looking for a supportive environment to complete their induction years.

This is the ideal role for an Early Career Teacher looking to develop their skills in a vibrant and creative Performing Arts department. Drama is at the heart of the school’s cultural life, with regular school productions, house drama competitions and opportunities for pupils to take part in LAMDA and performing arts festivals. GCSE Drama outcomes are consistently strong, with 74% of students achieving grade 5 and above in 2023, while A-Level Theatre Studies achieved 81% A*–C.
Requirements
• Qualified Drama Teacher with QTS (or pending QTS for ECTs)
• Ability to teach Drama across KS3–KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential for ECTs)
• Passionate about performance, theatre and inspiring young people through the arts
• Organised, reflective and eager to learn from experienced colleagues
• Legal right to work in the UK
