This is the perfect role for an Early Career Teacher seeking a strong start to their teaching journey. Geography is a popular subject across the school, with GCSE results in 2023 showing 75% of pupils achieving grade 5 and above, and A-Level Geography securing 82% A*–C. The department has well-established schemes of work, extensive digital resources and a collaborative team, ensuring new teachers have the support they need to succeed.
Requirements
• Geography Teacher with QTS (or pending QTS for ECTs)
• Ability to teach Geography across KS3–KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential for ECTs)
• Enthusiastic, well-organised and committed to excellent teaching and learning
• Keen to contribute to departmental trips, fieldwork and wider enrichment opportunities
• Legal right to work in the UK
