Geography Teacher – Independent Day School in Northamptonshire
Our client is looking for a Geography Teacher to join a well-established independent school in Northamptonshire. This is a full-time position to begin in January, teaching across KS3–KS5 (GCSE and A-Level Geography).

The successful Geography Teacher will be joining a thriving Humanities faculty where fieldwork, environmental studies and global issues are central to the curriculum. Geography is a popular subject at both GCSE and A-Level, with results consistently above national averages. In 2023, 78% of GCSE pupils achieved grades 7–9, while 84% of A-Level candidates secured grades A*–B. The department benefits from dedicated classrooms, digital resources, and an ethos of collaboration and innovation.
Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified Geography Teacher (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent considered)
• Strong subject knowledge at GCSE and A-Level Geography
• Ability to inspire pupils with a passion for global affairs, sustainability and fieldwork
• Enthusiastic, well-organised and committed to excellent teaching and learning
• Legal right to work within the UK
