The Role
Position: KS1/KS2 Teacher
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time considered
In this role, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the KS1/KS2 curriculum
- Inspire and support pupils’ academic progress and personal development
- Promote a love of learning through creative, purposeful, and challenging activities
- Foster communication, literacy, numeracy, and broader curriculum skills
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers to support each child's growth
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and collaborate with colleagues across year groups
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and highly organised KS1/KS2 Teacher who can create a joyful, calm, and inspiring learning environment.
You will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
- A thorough understanding of the primary curriculum and age-appropriate pedagogy
- A warm, caring, and child-centred approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
