Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging History lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 (including GCSE and A-Level programmes).
- Commit fully to providing an inspiring curriculum that drives exceptional progress for all students in historical analyse and understanding.
- Contribute actively to a rich programme of extra-curricular activities, helping students develop good social, moral, spiritual, and cultural understanding.
- Maintain a focus on fostering high levels of integrity, personal responsibility, and accountability within all students.
- Work collaboratively within the department to uphold the school's commitment to producing highly motivated students within a nurturing and safe space.
Requirements
- QTS or equivalent and excellent subject knowledge in History.
- Proven ability to deliver strong teaching and foster positive attitudes to learning.
- Seeking a dedicated History Teacher passionate about helping students appreciate the excitement of learning and the importance of helping others.
- The ability to contribute effectively to a comprehensive curriculum across the 11-19 age range.
