Are you a newly qualified Art Teacher looking to begin your teaching career in a supportive and creative school? The Role
Full-time Art Teacher (ECT) role starting January 2026
Teach Art across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to develop into KS5 teaching as experience grows
Access to a structured ECT induction programme with a dedicated mentor and tailored CPD
Opportunities to contribute to enrichment activities such as exhibitions, clubs, and creative workshops

What We’re Looking For
A qualified Art ECT with PGCE/QTS (or pending qualification)
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach engaging lessons that encourage creativity and independence
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Passion for contributing to the wider life of the school through exhibitions, clubs, or trips
Commitment to professional growth and collaborative working
