We are currently seeking a History ECT to join a well-established secondary school in Newcastle. 
• Full-time History ECT position available from January 2026
• Supportive Humanities Department with experienced mentors
• Great opportunity for a new teacher to gain classroom confidence and curriculum knowledge

You will be teaching History across KS3 and GCSE, contributing to a department that values critical thinking and enquiry-based learning.

Experience and Qualifications
• Newly qualified or ECT in History
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for the past
• QTS and relevant teaching qualification
• Legal right to work in the UK
