We are seeking an Early Career Drama Teacher to join a committed and ambitious Catholic school in Herefordshire. You will deliver Drama across KS3 & KS4, and may have opportunity to support GCSE Drama or extra-curricular theatrical productions. You will benefit from a structured induction programme, mentoring from experienced colleagues, and the chance to contribute to a vibrant creative department. Experience & Qualifications

• ECT Drama Teacher (PGCE or equivalent completed)
• Strong subject knowledge in Drama / Theatre Studies, with enthusiasm for performance, devising and analysis
• Ability to differentiate, engage, and challenge students of varying ability
• Reflective, resilient, and passionate about creative teaching
• Legal right to work in the UK
