Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-achieving MFL lessons (French and/or Spanish) across all key stages, focusing on high-level communication skills, cultural knowledge, and examination success.
- Engage fully with the bespoke ECT support package, including one-on-one mentorship, regular peer observations, and personalised CPD sessions.
- Utilise innovative teaching strategies and digital resources to enhance language acquisition and fluency.

- Track pupil progress meticulously, ensuring tailored support to achieve excellent linguistic outcomes.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS in MFL (French and/or Spanish).
- A high degree of fluency in the target language(s) and a genuine passion for promoting cultural understanding.
- Exceptional classroom presence and the ability to motivate highly academic, mixed-gender student groups.
- Eagerness to contribute positively and collaboratively to a high-performing faculty.
