We are delighted to be working with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Northamptonshire that is looking to appoint a dedicated KS2 Teacher from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to join a collaborative team committed to high-quality education.

KS2 Teacher Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
· Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
· Assess pupil progress, set targets, and provide feedback to pupils and parents.
· Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring every child thrives.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, moderate, and share best practice.
· Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and extracurricular opportunities.
KS2 Teacher Requirements
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
· A secure understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum.
· Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate pupils.
· A reflective, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
