About the Role:
We are delighted to present an opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Mathematics to join a supportive secondary school in Essex. The successful candidate will teach Maths across KS3–KS4, with opportunities to extend into KS5 as their career develops. This is an excellent chance for a Maths ECT to build strong foundations with the support of an experienced department and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across KS3–KS4.
• Inspire students to build confidence and enthusiasm for Mathematics.
• Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching to support all learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and teaching strategies.
• Contribute to enrichment activities such as Maths competitions or clubs.
• Engage fully with the school’s ECT induction and mentoring programme.
