We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive SENCO to join our welcoming and ambitious Independent School in Buckinghamshire. This is a permanent part-time role starting January 2026, offering the opportunity to lead and enhance the school’s Special Educational Needs provision.

- Working Pattern: 3 days per week, Term Time Only
- Salary: MPS/UPS + SENCO Allowance (dependent on experience)
- Suitable for: Experienced SENCOs or aspiring leaders with SEND expertise
About the Role
As an experienced and reflective SENCO, you will lead the school’s SEN provision, ensuring high-quality support for all pupils. The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a SENCO, working closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to maximise pupil outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the school’s SEN provision as a SENCO
- Support and challenge pupils with additional needs
- Advise and guide staff on inclusive teaching strategies as a SENCO
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
- Contribute to the school’s ethos of high expectations, achievement, and care
