Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and eligibility to complete the ECF.
• A relevant degree specialism in Design Technology, Engineering, or a related practical field.
• Technical proficiency in relevant workshop machinery, CAD/CAM software, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organisational skills and clear, practical communication.
• The ability to inspire and motivate students across all abilities to achieve outstanding practical outcomes.
