EYFS Teacher Responsibilities
· Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons and activities appropriate for EYFS children.

· Implement strategies to support individual learning needs and developmental milestones.
· Promote positive behaviour and social skills through consistent guidance and encouragement.

· Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.
EYFS Teacher Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Experience teaching in the EYFS or Early Years setting.
· Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and assessment methods.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
· Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
· Flexibility and teamwork skills to contribute effectively to a collaborative environment.
