About the Role:
A Cambridge school rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted is seeking a Design & Technology ECT to join their thriving department. This is a superb opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to develop their career in a forward-thinking and well-resourced DT faculty.
You will deliver lessons across KS3–KS4, with opportunities to specialise in Product Design, Resistant Materials, or Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Design & Technology across KS3–KS4.
- Support preparation for GCSE Design & Technology.
- Contribute to DT clubs, competitions, and enrichment activities.
- Engage with professional development and mentoring.
- Foster creativity, innovation, and problem-solving in learners.

About You:
- Degree in Design & Technology or related discipline.
- PGCE (or equivalent) with QTS by September 2026.
