About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic English Teacher to join a prestigious Grammar School in Cambridge. You will teach English Language and Literature across KS3–KS5, helping students to excel academically while nurturing creativity, communication, and a love of literature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver English Language and Literature across KS3–KS5.
• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
• Contribute to enrichment activities such as debating, drama, and writing clubs.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to raise attainment.
• Collaborate on curriculum innovation and departmental projects.

About You:

• A degree in English or a related subject.
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE or equivalent).
• Experience teaching English to KS5 desirable.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for literature.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
