Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Psychology Teacher looking to begin your teaching career in a supportive and ambitious school?

This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) in Psychology to join a successful secondary school in Reading from January 2026 or sooner. Applications are welcomed from trainee teachers completing their PGCE/School Direct as well as those in their first year of teaching.

• Start Date: January 2026 or sooner
• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Location: Reading
• Key Stage: Teaching both KS4 and KS5
• Salary: Competitive, paid to scale (MPS)

We are seeking a dedicated Psychology specialist with excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for inspiring young people. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons across KS4 and KS5, encouraging critical thinking, analytical skills, and independent learning. You will receive full support through a structured induction and mentoring programme to help you grow as a teacher.
