Are you an Early Career Teacher of Drama keen to grow in a strong school environment?

Our client is looking for a passionate Drama Teacher to join a supportive mixed secondary / all-through academy in the Southwell / Nottinghamshire area. This role is ideal for ECTs, offering a structured induction programme, an experienced mentor, and regular opportunities for professional development. You will teach Drama at KS3 & KS4 (and possibly contribute to enrichment or performance programmes), with departmental support and resources to help you succeed.

School information
• Church of England academy in Southwell, Nottinghamshire, serving ages 7–18 (junior, secondary & sixth form)
• The school combines strong academic provision with a rich musical / choral tradition, maintaining links with the cathedral choir and offering co-curricular creative opportunities
• The school has a substantial student body, draws from local villages and town catchment, and prides itself on community ethos and shared values

Experience and Qualifications
• Drama Teacher with the ability to teach at KS3 & KS4
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS / equivalent (suitable for ECTs)
• Legal right to work in the UK
