Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities

· Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3 pupils
· Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and inform planning
· Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe and motivated
· Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
· Communicate regularly with parents and carers regarding pupils’ progress
· Deliver instruction that promotes active participation, curiosity, and academic growth
· Cater to different learning styles using a variety of teaching strategies and resources

Year 3 Teacher Requirements

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
· Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 3
· Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Passionate about teaching and inspiring pupils
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
