Design & Technology Teacher Position – Innovative School in Bristol
An ambitious and innovative secondary school in Bristol is seeking a dedicated Design & Technology Teacher to join their successful Technology department from January 2026. This is a permanent, full-time role for a teacher who can inspire students in a variety of DT specialisms and promote creativity and innovation across the curriculum.
Key Details
• Full-time, permanent DT Teacher role starting January 2026
• Secondary school in Bristol with strong results in STEM subjects
• Teach across KS3–KS5, including GCSE and A-Level preparation

Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified DT Teacher with QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
• Specialism in areas such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering, or Graphics
• Confidence in using CAD/CAM software and delivering practical lessons
• Proven ability to raise student attainment through engaging teaching strategies
• Enthusiasm for extracurricular projects such as design clubs and competitions
• Excellent organisation, classroom management, and teamwork skills
• Legal right to work in the UK
