An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Design & Technology Teacher to join a leading Independent School in Taunton from January 2026. This role offers excellent facilities, smaller classes, and the opportunity to deliver creative, innovative lessons.

Key Details
• Full-time, permanent DT Teacher role starting January 2026
• Independent School in Taunton with strong academic outcomes
• Excellent workshops and CAD/CAM facilities to support applied learning

Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified DT Teacher with QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
• Proven experience teaching KS3–KS5 desirable
• Specialism in Product Design, Engineering, or Food Technology advantageous
• Strong practical and theoretical subject knowledge
• Commitment to raising achievement through engaging, hands-on lessons
• Enthusiastic about extracurricular contributions such as design clubs or competitions
• Legal right to work in the UK
