This Good mixed secondary school is based in Rutland, easily accessible by road and public transport, and seeking to appoint a qualified Geography Teacher from January 2026. The school is happy to consider applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs. It has a supportive leadership team, clear behaviour systems, and a collaborative culture. Geography Teacher requirements:

  • QTS, PGCE or equivalent with a strong academic record
  • Passionate about Geography and able to inspire students at KS3 & KS4 (KS5 desirable)
  • Creative, adaptable, and reflective practitioner
  • Evidence of supporting pupil progress and raising attainment
  • Strong communication skills with pupils, colleagues, and parents
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent classroom practice
